Job Summary :
Provide helpdesk support over phone and internet to Tata Technologies Europe and North America customers.
Good spoken and written English skills is must.
Candidate should be proficient in CATIA V5 administration and CATIA V5 application support (at least HD2 level).
Willing to work in Europe (12:30/13:30 Hrs 21:30/22:30 Hrs) and North America (18:30/19:30 Hrs 3:30/4:30 Hrs) shifts.
Skills in handling and resolving critical issues would be added advantage.
Presales support to generate new business.
