Position: Trainee - Spend Analysis – Engineering Freshers (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Electronics & telecommunication / Automobile) – Multiple Positions
Skill & experience
• We are looking for FRESHERS, with strong knowledge in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Electronics & telecommunication / Automobile domains & its processes, with Good knowledge of commodity / engineering specifications in MRO items, excellent communication and presentation skills.
• The candidate should be able to identify items (used across various industry verticals), like different types of clinical data, medicine data, valves, pumps, bearings, motors, contactors, switchgears, cables etc. He / She will be responsible to develop knowledgebase (specifications) of such MRO (maintenance, repair and operations) commodities; and extract specifications from item descriptions from legacy / ERP systems.
• Strong Analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with experience dealing directly with customers.
• Flexible, enthusiastic approach to work including a strong desire to learn new tools & techniques to solve business problems.
• Must be able to present, interpret, discuss or write about conclusions, inferences and results gained from analyzing data.

Responsibility
• Working with customer to gather their Spend Analysis requirements.
• Provide a unique categorization (eg:UNSPSC, eCLASS,etc) to customer's data (line items/commodities).
• Leverage the categorization knowledge of customer's commodities from manual information to automated repeated & consistent categorization, using Zycus Artificial Intelligence (AI) based applications.
• Data Analysis of the MRO and other spend data provided by the customer and create reports in Zycus Analysis applications.
• Perform data mining to identify potential saving opportunities.
• Work efficiently on database tools, Zycus analytical / AI applications, ETL configuration, MS-Excel, etc.
• Should come up with innovative solutions for difficult problems to improve business process productivity.
