Job Summary :
· Candidates with good communication skills
· Involved and Managed End-to-End activities of recruitment process.
· Sourcing and Screening the CV's Using the various Job Portals.
· Understanding the requirement.
· Screening, Sourcing profiles mainly through references, head hunting and portals.
· Doing initial telephonic screening of the candidates and scheduling their interview, taking their preliminary rounds of interview.
· Scheduling interviews by coordinating with both the interview panel and the candidates.
· After short listing, co-ordinate with candidates to schedule interviews with client and following up on the same.
· Sending interested candidates profile to the client and scheduling interviews.
