Job Summary :
Positions are open for South Delhi
• Successfully process clients’ requirements for junior / middle / senior levels through data bank sourcing andscreening and head hunting.
• Evaluating CVs and Screening the candidates with telephonic / direct Interaction with for their communication skills,personality profile, skill sets and attitude for the assignment.
• Scheduling and facilitating the interview process. Co-ordinate with clients over phone for recruitment facilitation.
• Preparing and maintaining the recruitment related documents.
Candidate’s Profile:
Graduates (preferably MBA) Soft-Spoken, extrovert achievers with 0-1 years of Industry experience in one of the - Sales & Marketing / HR / Manufacturing / IT or with a good recruitment firm.
Strong commitment to delivery, relationship management & good communication skills with excellent working knowledge on computer are a must.
Location: South Delhi
Those living in / close to South Delhi/Jamia Nagar and willing to join immediately preferred.
