Eligibility Criteria for WASE Program

• B.Sc. (CS / IT / Electronics / Physics / Mathematics / Statistics) / BCA / BCM)
•  50% aggregate marks in 10th & 12th
•  60% aggregate marks in graduation till date(55% for Mumbai and Pune University Students)
• Candidates should have studied mathematics as a subject in 12th
• Students graduating in the year 2012.

Eligibility Criteria for WiSTA Program

•  B.Sc. Graduates from Chemistry / Biochemistry / Microbiology / Biotechnology / Nutrition & Dietetics /Bioinformatics/ Visual Communication / Botany / Zoology / Biology / Marine Biology / Biotechnology / Home Science / Hotel Management & Food Technology)
• M.Sc all branches are eligible
• 50% aggregate marks in graduation and post-graduation
• Candidates should have not studied mathematics as a subject in 12^th standard
• Students Graduating in the year 2012
• 5 years MSc Integrated is not eligible

How to Apply

Employees have to refer candidates online in WipLinks via Refer Now>Refer a Fresher>Job Code 171 (For WASE) / Job Code 172 (For WiSTA)

• Candidates who have applied with us in the last 3 months (90 days) are NOT eligible to apply
• Employees have to refer candidates online against the relevant Job Code    
• Candidates you referred are required to mention your name and employee number on the resume for completing the employee referral procedure   
• Ensure that the candidates confirm that you are the source of referral and post their complete profiles online
• Candidates who confirm the source of referral will get another email, asking them to register and choose thepreferred interview location
• Once the candidate chooses the preferred interview location, they will get an admit card via e-mail. ONLY candidates who get the admit card WILL BE allowed to attend the interview process
• Candidates should carry 2 passport size photos, original and photocopy of all marks sheets and a relevant photo ID proof in original (Voter’s ID, Passport, Driver’s License, PAN card) to the venue on the day of the interview
• The ER benefit of Rs. 3000 will be availed by employees and WASEians whose referrals join the WASE & WiSTA Program
